Join the Museum of Ashe County History

- The Museum has several categories of recognition for the varying levels of giving. Persons interested in become a MACH member, are encouraged to download and print the "Membership for 2010" form below.

* Non-Profit Organization ($25) 

* Family ($40) 

* Friend ($50) 

* Donor ($100) 

* Sponsor ($250) 

* Patron ($500) 

* Benefactor ($1000)

  • To join, click on the Membership for 2010 distributed form below; 
  • Fill out your information on the form, select a membership level and click the "Submit Form" button at the top right; 
  • At the prompt, enter your e-mail address and your full name; 
  • Select the appropriate means to transmit the completed form via your e-mail server; 
  • Send in a check for the designated amount of your membership level to: Museum of Ashe County History, Inc., PO Box 1404, Jefferson, NC 28640.
