Flag Day is June 14th — what a perfect time to retire flags that have outlived their usefulness. Bring your old, tattered American flags to the Museum of Ashe County History so that they may be respectfully retired. Local Girl Scouts and Veterans will conduct a ceremony to retire American flags. The public is welcome to attend.
